Got in touch with Alex after seeing many positive reviews online, and decided to engage him to supply and install our whole house windows and catproof grilles. Unlike other big names in the market who quoted high prices but were unable to demonstrate their worth, Alex provided us with fantastic soundproofing solutions for all our windows at a reasonable price. He was always very punctual for site visits and highly responsible throughout the process. Permit application with the authorities was always done on time, and his wife AJ was also very prompt in coordination and following up with us for subsequent installations or touchup work. His workers were also very careful with our flooring, making sure to lay protection before carrying out their works. All in all, my wife and I are extremely pleased with our beautiful windows and grilles, as well as the level of soundproofing. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone who are looking for serious and professional window contractors.

This is for a 4-room resale HDB kitchen window replacement. Decided to enquire with Alex after seeing many good reviews online. Unlike other contractors who were reluctant to come down for site-consultation before proceeding or very slow in response, Alex was quick to respond and agreed for free consultation even if we choose not to proceed. During consultation, he was sincere and patient with all our questions and recommended his solutions professionally. He also assured us that it would be done well, especially the hacking of wall tiles. On day of installation, Alex came down with his team. Once again, they assured us. Indeed, His team were professional and did a great job. After they left, I had couple of questions on the grilles and its rollers. Without hesitation, Alex answered them and sent his team down again to check on the same day. We are very happy with the results! Their services had been excellent! Highly recommend!

Alex was excellent from beginning to end. He was responsive when i asked for a quote, which is unusual as most vendors are only quick to reply after we sign the deal. He was also very prompt in fixing a date for consultation. During the consultation, he was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He brought all the samples for the grilles and window glass, he gave me valuable input on which windows i should change, the kind of grilles/windows are suitable for my needs, and also highlighted the particular considerations of my house and family to better help me make the decision. On installation day, he was very punctual, and made sure to personally brief his team of Bangladeshi and Indian workers. His team was fantastic. Even after Alex left, they were polite, hardworking, professional, helpful, and followed Alex's instructions exactly. They asked for permission to use the electrical sockets and bathroom, and made sure to sweep the area clean of all debris after their work was done. They were also careful to avoid damaging any of the furniture, which took quite a bit of effort because there was quite a bit of hacking and the aluminum and window frames were large and bulky to move around. They knew i wanted the work done asap because i had an infant and wanted to quickly clean the place up, so they worked all the way until 3pm and went without lunch - thanks so much for this! After they were done, the supervising worker went to inspect every window and grille to make sure they were in good condition. The workmanship was very good - windows and grilles were exactly as promised, with the measurements precise, the material of high quality, and the installation clean and with no damage at all to the surrounding area. The after-service was great too. There was a mis-comm regarding the grilles, and Alex came over after his workers left to discuss this. He did not push blame but simply offered to come back next week to fix it up. Further, the silicon for one of the windows had a small issue, and Alex touched it up on the spot. It was great because usually vendors will only perform repairs a few days later. All in all i am a very satisfied customer and recommend Alex and his team without reservation. Thank you!

I called many many contractors and none were willing to take up the job for my 3 panel windows installation cos I guess it's not worth the money in their eyes. But Alex was the only one willing to come all the way to my place and very punctuality to take measurements despite how busy he is. When his men Kumar and another guy came to install, the work was done perfectly! They even cleaned up my place after the job. Really well trained and extremely professional.
